Ido Azaria

Intelligence, amplified.

אינטליגנציה, בהגברה.

Private AI lessons, one to one, on your own work. Ten live sessions of 90 minutes, online or in Berlin. You’ll use AI properly, and you’ll know where it breaks.

Places are filled by referral or application, then a short call. No open enrolment.

I take three places at a time: three people, or a pair and two people. That’s not a marketing line: it’s how many I can teach well, live, while I prepare every session around their work. The next start window is the week of 18 January 2027. Applications for it are read on Friday 4 December 2026, then every second Friday.

Miss that day and you’re read on the next one. Nothing is lost, and nothing on this page counts down.

IA, not AI

Intelligence amplified, not artificial. The tool makes your judgement go further; it doesn’t replace it.

That’s what these lessons are. You stay on the keyboard and you keep the judgement. When the tool breaks, and it will, you see it break and you know what to do.

The line is Fred Brooks’s, “IA > AI” (“The Computer Scientist as Toolsmith II”, Communications of the ACM, March 1996).

An amplifier schematic Your judgement goes in on the left, passes through an amplifier, and comes out on the right larger. The amplifier symbol and the letter I together form the IA monogram. your judgement your judgement, amplified

Ten sessions, one ladder

One rung per session. Autonomy goes up with every rung, and at the top you run it yourself.

  1. You understand itWhat a language model is, how it fails, and what never goes in.
  2. It understands the jobBriefing, not prompting: you describe the job the way you’d brief a colleague.
  3. It knows youProjects and memory, so you explain yourself once.
  4. It reads your filesDocuments and spreadsheets, no formulas.
  5. It builds in your folderClaude Code (Claude working inside a folder on your computer), without writing code.
  6. It finds, you check, and it sounds like youResearch with sources you click, drafts in your voice.
  7. It reads your toolsEmail, calendar, files, connected on purpose: it reads only what you allow.
  8. It acts, you approve, then it runs on a scheduleOne task handed off, one job on a timer.
  9. It knows how you workSkills (a saved way of doing one task) and a weekly review.
  10. You run it, I watchA live demo of your system, and a 90-day plan.

The order is fixed. The pace isn’t: a short quiz before the first session shows what you already know, and we skip it. Every session runs on your tasks, your files, your accounts. You’re on the keyboard most of the time; that’s why it sticks.

What you leave with

  • A Project that knows you and your work.
  • A briefing template, tested on two of your real tasks.
  • A voice file that shows it how you write, so drafts need light edits, not rewrites.
  • One or two connectors set up on purpose, and a note of exactly what you granted.
  • One multi-step task handed to an agent (the tool working through the steps on its own), watched and reviewed.
  • A skill and a scheduled task running on your real work.
  • A 90-day plan, and the habit of finding the next tool yourself.

No promise of “hours saved”. At the start and at the end we time three of your own recurring tasks, and you see the number, whatever it is.

Who this is for

These are the criteria I read applications against. They’re real filters, and some people are told “not yet”.

This is for you if

  • You have real work to bring: recurring emails, documents, decisions, or one big project of your own.
  • You can give it ten weeks: one 90-minute live session a week, or every two weeks, and about an hour of practice in between.
  • You’ll work on your own computer. Claude Pro (about $20 a month) is recommended from session 2 and required from session 5; every session before that has a free path.
  • You want to learn to do it yourself. I don’t build things for you.
  • You’re comfortable learning in English. Hebrew is available; German speakers get a glossary.

It’s not for you if

  • You’re a developer who wants to code faster. You need a different teacher, and I’ll say so.
  • You need training for a whole team. Ask me about team sessions instead; they open in 2027.
  • You want a certificate more than a skill. There is none here.
  • You want someone to build it for you, or to log into your systems while you’re away. I teach; you drive.
  • Your core work is patient, client or legal files that must go into the tool. Your data-protection advisor comes before me.
  • You can’t protect the time until spring. Apply when you can; the next window is real too.
  • You’re shopping for the cheapest hour.

How it works

One door. Three places. Every application read by me, on a day you can see.

  1. Apply

Five questions, about four minutes. I read every application myself on review day. Someone who learned with me recommended you? Mention their name: referred applications are read first.

  2. A 20-minute call

If it looks like a fit, we talk. Either of us can say no. If it isn’t a fit, you get a specific reason and a better resource, not silence.

  3. An invitation to a start window

In writing, with the terms. You have five working days to book session 1. Need longer? You go back to the top of the list, nothing lost.

  4. Session 1, a real lesson

€250, on your real work, with your intake and setup. Afterwards you decide, in writing, whether to continue. If you do, the full €250 counts toward the course.

Prices

The course

€2,100net (€2,499 incl. 19% German VAT, where it applies)

Take the course and every 90-minute session, the first one included, costs €210: ten sessions, €2,100.

  • Ten live, one-to-one sessions of 90 minutes: 15 hours in real time, on your work.
  • Replies between sessions, until 30 days after the last one.
  • In full by bank transfer, in two payments, or by invoice to your company. Same total every way.

Session 1 on its own

You can take session 1 first: it costs €250 because it includes your intake and setup. Continue, and the full €250 counts toward the course, so you pay €2,100 in total, nothing more. Stop, and that’s all you’ve paid.

Who teaches

I’m Ido Azaria. I was a professional musician and a video editor before I moved into data science and AI. Since 2022 I’ve taught data and AI to rooms of up to fifty people, most of them not technical. I’ve also co-founded three businesses, so I know what owners juggle, and why nothing gets learned in the middle of a week.

I teach one to one because that’s where it sticks. In a room of fifty I can show you how it works. At your desk, on your files, I can watch you make it work, and catch the moment it quietly goes wrong.

You won’t become an expert. You’ll become someone who uses AI properly at work. That’s rarer.

Questions

Why an application, and not a booking button?

Because I take three places at a time, live, and I prepare every session around the person’s work. The application tells me whether that preparation will pay off for you. It also means I say “not yet” to some people, and tell them why.

Do I need to code?

No. Claude Code comes up in session 5, and you still won’t write code. You’ll brief it in plain language and check its work.

Mac or Windows?

Both. Every session has written Windows steps, tested on a Windows laptop.

Which language?

English or Hebrew. German speakers get a glossary of the key terms.

What about my data?

You decide what you share. Session 1 teaches what never goes in and how to set the privacy switches. No recording without your yes, each time. I don’t keep your files.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Same price, invoice to the company. I can send a one-page learning plan for your manager.

How often do we meet?

Weekly or every two weeks. The whole course fits inside 20 weeks. A missed session is rescheduled, not dropped; unused sessions are refunded.

Can we meet in person?

In Berlin, yes: +€120 + VAT per in-person session. Outside Berlin, ask.

What does it cost beyond the course?

Claude Pro (about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic) is recommended from session 2 and required from session 5; session 1 and every session before 5 also have a free path. Nothing else is required.

How is this different from an online course?

An online course is someone else’s examples, recorded, at someone else’s pace. Here every session is live, one to one, on your work, and you leave with things that run.

Is this for my team?

Team sessions open in 2027 and are quoted per case. Most owners start with the course themselves.

Will half of this be out of date soon?

Some of it, yes. That’s why we practise finding the next tool, not memorising this one. Tools are re-checked before every session.

Bring one task that annoys you.

Five questions, about four minutes. The second one asks for exactly that task.

  • I read every application myself, every second Friday. Referred applicants are read first.
  • You hear back within five working days of review day, either way, with a reason.
